Arrival, Scenic Transfer & Welcome Dinner
Arrive in Costa Rica and begin your journey with a scenic 3-hour drive through lush rainforest landscapes to the resort. After settling into your room, join the group for a relaxed welcome dinner, where you’ll meet your fellow travelers and ease into the retreat experience. The evening is intentionally gentle to allow for rest after a full day of travel.
DAY 2
Mindfulness, Journaling & Spa Renewal
Begin your morning with a grounding meditation and intentional journaling session to set your personal intentions for the week. Enjoy your full body spa treatment and restorative thermal soaking at the resort. As the sun sets, unwind with a deeply calming sound bath, supporting nervous system relaxation and inner clarity.
DAY 3
La Fortuna Nature Immersion & Reflection
Experience the magic of Costa Rica with a half-day adventure to the La Fortuna Hanging Bridges and the breathtaking La Fortuna Waterfall. Return to the resort for a peaceful afternoon of rest, journaling, thermal soaking, or optional wellness activities. This day blends invigorating exploration with spacious reflection.
DAY 4
Tabacón Hot Springs & Deep Restoration
Spend the morning at the world-famous Tabacón Arenal Hot Springs, soaking in mineral-rich thermal waters beneath the Arenal Volcano. The afternoon is intentionally open for spa time, journaling, quiet relaxation, or personal integration. This is your deepest day of release, renewal, and nervous system restoration.
DAY 5
Integration & Farewell
Your final morning begins with a closing meditation and journaling session to integrate insights and set intentions for life after the retreat. A heartfelt farewell completes your experience, leaving you grounded, renewed, and ready to rise into your next chapter.

Are air flights included?
Flights into San Jose (SJD) are not included, giving you the flexibility to travel from your preferred city. We’re happy to guide you on the best airport and timing.
Are airport transfers included?
Yes, group roundtrip airport transfers are included for a seamless, stress-free arrival and departure. Individual transfers will be at an additional cost.
How many rooms are available?
We intentionally keep this small intimate group experience to ensure personalized group experience to ensure personalized attention and meaningful connection. Space is limited and rooms are reserved on a firs-come basis.
Do we need a passport or visa?
U.S. citizens: A valid passport is required. Non-U.S. citizens: Please review the travel requirements for your specific country of citizenship to confirm passport and visa needs.
